Aaron and Cindy's Wedding
Aaron Litt has always liked cows. I'm not sure when the obsession began, but he tries to incorporate cows into everything he does. Don't let his wedding day be any different.
Mmm! I want me some livers and gizzards.
Daniel, Kyle and I drove down to the wedding ceremony together from Harrisonburg. Kyle was a camp counselor who went to JMU with me. We stopped to get something to eat before the ceremony, and we spotted the Luv'n Oven, which sells typical family restaurant food, including Livers and Gizzards.
Aaron's father conducted the ceremony.
Aaron met Cindy through Garrett (another camp counselor), whose girlfriend (at the time) Erin, who was Cindy's sorority sister at Longwood. They emailed for several months before Aaron came from school in Daytona to visit Garrett at Longwood, and finally meet Cindy.
All together now: MOO!
Here's an example of Aaron's love for all things cow. The groomsmen were extremely hot in the cow fur vests. Two friends from camp were groomsmen, Garrett, who was the best man, and Mike.
Cheers!
Garrett gave the traditional toast, and wished the newlyweds a lifetime of happiness. (Or as Daniel says, "May all your ups and downs occur between the sheets.)
Just like old times.
It was wonderful to see all of the camp friends again. From left: Mike, Aaron, Ross, Garrett, Sarah, Heather, Kim, Kyle, Dani, Dan, and me. Damon, we missed you.
Why be nice?
As an old camp song goes: "Smooth and creamy, we love smooth and creamy. Smooth and creamy, we like it the best. Would you like some on your face? Yes I'd love some on my face."
This was before the car was covered with graffiti
This picture doesn't do the defacing justice. Several people worked on filling Aaron's car with hay, a blow-up doll, a raft (which was rigged to self-inflate when the passenger door was opened), and was then covered with Saran Wrap, and covered with graffiti.
We might as well have thrown hay since they were covered with it when they got in the car anyway.
After a fun reception, the happy couple attempted to depart. Little did they know what had been done to the car...though I'm sure Aaron knew it was payback time for all of the pranks he had pulled over the years.
Happy Ever After guys!
Aaron and Cindy finally left after peeling off the Saran Wrap, deflating the raft which was stuck inside, and dumping out the hay. They went to Sedona, Arizona for their honeymoon. Congratulations Cindy and Aaron!
